Welcome to the Client Starter Kit (CSK) from Milburn Consulting Inc. This form is designed to be a worksheet for new, prospective, and current clients to discover and articulate their needs. The purpose of the CSK is to help define initial scope, needs, and priorities and capture them client-side to facilitate discussions with our developers. If you have a large project this document will be the foundation for a Requirements Traceability Matrix once a contract vehicle has been established.

Please download the CKS at right and fill out all sections that pertain to the type of website or product you are hoping to deploy. There are no wrong answers. If you are working in a large organization it is recommended to forward this document to stakeholders so that their requirements and needs can be captured as well.
