Milburn Consulting Inc. is committed to safeguarding your privacy online. Please read the following policy to understand how your personal information will be treated as you make full use of our websites. Milburn Consulting Inc. provides this online privacy statement to make you aware of our privacy policy, practices, and of the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and affiliates web pages.

We want to make it clear that we will not obtain personal identifying information about you when you visit our web sites, unless you choose to provide such information to us. Except in the course of officially authorized law enforcement investigations, or in the event of a suspected attempt to deliberately circumvent our system's security with the intent to gain unauthorized access or to do physical damage (for example, an attack by hackers), we do not attempt to identify individual users or share any information we receive with any parties outside of Milburn Consulting Inc..

Web Bugs & Web Server Activity Logs (Top)
Monthly extracts of the log files are archived and stored off-line at our discretion for an indefinite period of time. Some statistical summaries derived from these data may be retained online or off-line at our discretion for an indefinite period of time. We reserve the right to use electronic images known as Web bugs-sometimes called single-pixel GIFs, transparent GIFs, or clear gifs--that allow us to track general user traffic patterns. Milburn Consulting Inc. also automatically receives and records information from our servers and from your browser, including your IP address, the time, and information about the page you requested.

Milburn Consulting Inc. also collects domain information as part of its analysis of the use of this site. This data enables us to become more familiar with which customers visit our site, how often they visit, and what parts of the site they visit most often. Milburn Consulting Inc. uses this information to improve its Web-based offerings. This information is collected automatically and requires no action on your part. Some of our affiliates use third-party companies to serve their advertisements on our sites and, in some cases, in our HTML-formatted newsletters. Often, these third-party advertising companies employ cookie and Web bug technologies to measure advertisement effectiveness. We do not give any personally identifiable information to them as part of this relationship. Use of their tracking technology is subject to their own privacy policies.

However, cookies tell us nothing about who you are unless you specifically give us personally identifiable information. You do not need to have cookies turned on to visit most Milburn Consulting Inc. sites, although active participation in certain areas of our sites may require cookies. In addition, you may elect not to allow cookies to be collected by selecting certain options on your browser.

Online Surveys (Top)
When personal information is collected, we will inform you at the point of collection the purpose for the collection. Milburn Consulting Inc. will not transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent. We make every effort to provide and maintain accurate, complete, usable, and timely information on our web sites. However, some data and information accessed through these pages may, of necessity, be preliminary in nature and presented prior to final review and approval by Milburn Consulting Inc.. This data and information are provided with the understanding that they are not guaranteed to be correct or complete. Users are cautioned to consider carefully the provisional nature of these data and information before using them for decisions that concern personal or public safety or the conduct of business that involves substantial monetary or operational consequences. Conclusions drawn from, or actions undertaken on the basis of, such data and information are the sole responsibility of the user.

Liability (Top)
Neither Milburn Consulting Inc. nor any party affiliated with the consortium, nor any of their employees, or subcontractors, make any warranty, express or implied, nor assume any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information, apparatus, product, or process disclosed, nor represent that its use would not infringe on privately owned rights.

Document Retention (Top)
As a standard operating procedure Milburn Consulting Inc. does not store any contents online that it does not employ on a daily basis. If there is no business reason to keep a document and no legal obligation to retain it on our portal, it can be removed without notice from our servers. At such time as these documents are no longer required to be maintained, Milburn Consulting Inc. will purge those documents to facilitate the efficient maintenance of Milburn Consulting Inc.’s file space and electronic network storage capacity and to control overhead costs associated with document storage.

Although not always made accessible online, information collected via online surveys may be maintained at our discretion for an indefinite period of time as many projects have timelines that surpass an individual company’s retention policy. Company affiliation with Milburn Consulting Inc. does not imply that their retention policy is the same as ours.

Third Party (Top)
Many of our subsidiaries maintain their own privacy policies that may be viewed on their Web sites. Links to third party web sites beyond our site are provided solely as a convenience to you. If you use these links, you will leave the Milburn Consulting Inc. site. Milburn Consulting Inc. has not reviewed all of these third party sites and does not control and is not responsible for any of these sites, their content or their privacy policies. Thus, Milburn Consulting Inc. does not endorse or make any representations about them, or any information, software or other products or materials found there, or any results that may be obtained from using them. If you decide to access any of the third party sites linked to this site, you do so at your own risk.

Milburn Consulting Inc. reserves the right to amend this policy without notice. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will make that information available by posting a notice on this site. When we do, we will also revise the "last updated" date at the top of the Privacy Statement. For material changes to this Privacy Statement, we will notify you either by placing a prominent notice on the home page of our Web site or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Statement to stay informed about how we are protecting the personal information we collect. Your continued use of the service constitutes your agreement to this Privacy Statement and any updates.
